Having a womb isn’t always easy. Our bodies often have experiences that are painful, unpleasant, even traumatic. We learn to shut down our powers in order to stay small and survive.
Your body is wise. It knows how to take care of you. You were not designed to be small and in pain. You are destined for thriving, for beauty, for pleasure. Even the most painful of experiences can be the spark that ignites your fire, the doorway into your power.
Let’s discover the truly awesome alchemical powers of the womb - the ability to transmute even the basest of lead into gold. DISCLAIMER: This will be an open, guided conversation that will likely dive into some sensitive subjects (trauma, abuse, etc). We are here to listen and honor you. We are here not to therapize anyone, but to celebrate what we’ve been through and allow for healing through holding space.
Fertility Awareness and Sexual Health Educator (FAE/SHE) I am passionate about movement, sacred sexuality, menstrual cycles. In 2022 I graduated as a FAE/SHE from The Well School of Body Literacy. I also trained as an S Factor instructor in 2019, a sensual movement modality that unlocks your innate Feminine Genius. I serve to weave these elements together in an embodiment lifestyle that all women can enjoy. I envision a world where all beings are free to be unapologetically themselves. A world where everyone - especially women and folx who menstruate - enjoy a life led by pleasure and informed by body literacy. I see a path to healing our planet, Mother Earth, and it begins with our own bodies.
