Pleasure is your birthright. Every part of you is designed to enjoy sensation, and delight in life’s pleasures. We are accustomed to minimizing, silencing or even numbing our body’s ability to receive pleasure, but this is not our natural state.
Come participate in a sensual movement practice (kind of like a sexy yoga class) that will allow you to turn on your senses, delight in your beautiful body and widen its ability to receive pleasure.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and makes you feel like the goddess you are! For about 45 minutes (TBD) we will move our bodies in a delicious, pleasurable way that unlocks your innate feminine genius. You deserve it.
Fertility Awareness and Sexual Health Educator (FAE/SHE) I am passionate about movement, sacred sexuality, menstrual cycles. In 2022 I graduated as a FAE/SHE from The Well School of Body Literacy. I also trained as an S Factor instructor in 2019, a sensual movement modality that unlocks your innate Feminine Genius. I serve to weave these elements together in an embodiment lifestyle that all women can enjoy. I envision a world where all beings are free to be unapologetically themselves. A world where everyone - especially women and folx who menstruate - enjoy a life led by pleasure and informed by body literacy. I see a path to healing our planet, Mother Earth, and it begins with our own bodies.
